To Berry Head....

Near Torbay on the South Coast,  having heard about it for years we happened upon it recently, so a walk across the cliffs was called for....

This needs something sitting on it....

This reminds me a little of George's Island one of the Boston Harbor Islands. On the island is Fort Warren, used as a prison during the US Civil War. The island also boasts a ghost, The Lady in Black

That sounds interesting esp. the Lady ghost, would make me want to go there just to see her :-)

Yes it was quiet. A few people around, but it was a lovely walk.

Lots of history over there. Lots to explore. Seems like you never run out of places to explore. Or places for William to pose on. Lol

Stunning views. I think William would have made a good sentry, I see he didn't choose the box :-)
