Sunset looking towards Lundy

Believe me, this really was the scene last evening from Woolacombe.  A very different day today though, we have RAIN!!!

That's a lovely view towards Lundy. Red sky at night, shepherd's delight, but obviously it didn't work that way if you have rain today. Another coincidence (apart from N Devon, So'ton and Romsey)..... Bled! Loved it! And we went on the little train in Postjona Caves too, fantastic place.

Yes, what a coincidence. I loved those caves, they were so impressive weren't they. Down into the depths were pools of water with blind fish, but then I guess they couldn't have seen way down there!

That is lovely Ann.
It went dark very early last night and I just knew some heavy rain was on it's way. Takes it time to get up north :)

Thanks Robin :-)

We seem to get it all first, straight off the Atlantic, but we do get up to a half hour warning as we watch it come in!!!

The blind fish are still there, they have their own viewing tank now. Our men's choir sang in the "Concert Hall", 40 m high cavern, sound was enough to bring on goosebumps.

I wondered if the fish were still there.

How wonderful that your men's choir sang in the cavern, think it would have brought tears to my eyes, how thrilling to hear.
