A Mosaic
So I took some photos to show you...
The trouble was the little plaque was very worn
and had lost some of the information about it,
so I have no idea what this was about.
I tried google but no luck for information about this, however,
street view has provided the scene
spin the scene around and you'll see the car park
(I knew you would love looking at a car park).
~ Have a great week all ~

Dear Ann- what an unusual site. Looks like someone spent quite a bit of time creating this lovely mosaic. Thanks for sharing. Enjoyed seeing the street view too.
It's very pretty, but an odd location. Wonder which came first, the mosaic or the supermarket?
What a surprise find, gorgeous! And I loved to see the carpark! :)
It must have taken sometime to make yes. I thought adding the street view helped put it in place.
Yes a very odd location. Mosaic or supermarket first - No idea, sort of reminded me of the question what came first the chicken or the egg! lol
Thanks Judy, I knew you would love that car park, lol :-)
Oh wow, it's so beautiful.
Very......interesting. :)
It's really lovely, but I think it could have been placed in a better location. Or perhaps it's safer just where it is!
Thanks Christine.
Thanks Robin.
It left me wondering if anyone even really notices it...we noticed it obviously, but then William was having his leg-stretch from the car at the time.
That's a very strange place to see a mosaic like that. And if you go a bit closer on the google street view you can see the plaque isn't there.
And also it's at the back of the store where hardly anyone parks.
I love mosaics. I marvel at the skill and patience this one must have taken. I enjoyed exploring the boats, fish, finding the hands...and then the face...Good for you for sharing it with us. ,
It seems such an odd place to choose to put this - a pity that probably not many people would even notice it.
Exactly....a very odd location.
So do I, all those little bitty pieces and getting them in the right places too! Glad you enjoyed seeing this Julie :-)
