Although we didn't get down as far as the beach we did enjoy a good walk across the fields. Started out from the
*National Trust Beach Head Bunkhouse car park
.
It was a quiet day in the car park,
in fact we only came across two other people
although we did open the gate,
there was a stone stile too
and the walk was worth it

We have extended family from Cornwall. The rolling hills looks so much like the center of this eastern Canadian island. I'll have to take some pictures of them this coming spring.
Winter and everything is so green!
Lovely and peaceful there as are your sketches
Thanks for letting me tag along! I feel much better after all that exercise! ;)
What a lovely walk. At least you got a sea view but it looked a fair old walk away.
Please do take pics Marie, it will be lovely to see what your island is like.
I know, this Winter hasn't been really cold, just wet!!!
Thanks Christine, I had fun doing the sketching on our travels :-)
I'm very pleased to be of assistance Robin ;)
It was a fair old walk!...and very muddy at the bottom of the valley, so at one point we had to turn back, which is why we didn't make it to the beach! lol
Wonderful views! And beautiful sunny weather, we had that here as well yesterday!
