Virtual Sketchwalking on facebook

Well, when you can't get to these places, it is an ideal answer to travel via Google Street View.  I'm currently participating with a Group of artists over at Virtual Sketchwalk on Facebook, which is organised and ran by Kate Powell - and this group is proving to be stress free and relaxing.

Here's a link to Kate's Blog.  You will need to sign into Facebook to go to her Virtual Sketchwalk Group, but it is very easy to find.   So far, I have only added a few drawings, but hope to add more in time.  With other projects on the go, I can't spend all my time on one thing, but when I do stop by, it is well worth the visit.

All of your sketches are lovely. Great idea to use Google Street View, isn't technology wonderful! I recently had a mooch around a Hungarian village where friend lives without leaving my house:-)

Lovely sketches. Virtual travel is more appealing as I age.

Thanks Laura, it is fun. It's nice to sketch something different (and not a certain Lurcher) lol ;)
