Quick sketch

We don't always have the time for a detailed drawing whilst out and about.  I take a brush pen with me, so I can capture enough of a scene to draw from later....

Get the idea?

I like how you capture these scenes then work your magic later :)

Love the quick sketches! I have a brush pen, but never use it... should try it some day. :)

Are you in the passenger seat when you do these quickies? I'm always in the drivers seat, so I would have to stop to sketch if I come across a nice view, and it's not always possible on a busy road.

That's really nice of you Marie. I try to impart a little of what I have learned over the years :)

They can be messy Judy, so beware. Mine happened to end of leaking the other day, whoops!...cleaned up okay though and is working perfectly again.

Yes, I'm passenger. We stop every so often, especially for walking William, so it's great for quick snippets of inspiration.
