Rosebud

Drawn with the brush - I didn't do an outline first - then left first layer to dry - added the shading -
Complete.

I'm thinking of occasionally adding some Digital Downloads to my Etsy shop,
but working out dimensions of photos - pixels and all that have taken a bit of time, not being a techy it's all a learning curve - painting is so much easier!

Anyway, I reduced the size of this painting to a 5" x 7" size (1500 x 2132 pixels ...like I know what that means! - actually I followed a guide chart for it, so that helped)

Testing how it works, so anyone out there who would like the Digital (Print) Download of this original painting, please help yourself by clicking the Link below, and Oh, could you let me know how it prints out please, I would really appreciate the feedback.
Printing may depend on what size you select prior to pressing the print button,
and also what your printer is like.....but here it is, just Highlight, Right Click, select Open in New Window

 enjoy:

Beautiful! It printed fine....larger than 5x7 though...mine printed out as 7x10. Nice size to frame. :D

That's kind of you though I have trouble printing out photos with my printer. I have a nice one that accidentally ended up on A4 paper. Too much faff for me I'm afraid :(

I downloaded the painting without any problems. Printing will depend on your printer, and the size you choose. Pixels are important, the more pixels the better the print will be. Good luck with the Etsy sales!!!

That's good to hear, at least it printed out okay. I set it with pixels for printing at 5" x 7" but am guessing that it depends what the person printing chooses. Glad it was okay :)

I'm guessing A4 would be too big for the painting, but I set it for a 5" x 7" size with pixels to suit that. Perhaps someone could print it out for you sometime :)

Hi Judy, thanks for letting me know it downloaded okay. Like I said in the comments above, I set it for printing as a 5" x 7" size with suitable pixels to fit that. Thanks for clarifying that it depends on the persons printer and also the size the choose. When I get round to adding Digital downloads to my shop, I'll make a point of saying that it is Set for that certain size.
