A few sketches to share today...I've used various sketchbooks on different occasions instead of sticking with just one..........
a simple sketch of trees and water - this might turn into a painting one day
(I used a Derwent watercolour pencil - Blue Grey)
from memory the other day, this girl was walking in town...a figure that
might be added one day to a painting, it made for good practice with drawing figures anyway
(again the Derwent)
a spiral of post it notes.... quite difficult to do as the angles were askew
(just used pencil and ink Pilot Drawing Pen)
flowers - made up from imagination - I just added a little colour and left the rest sketched
(the pen was a Uniball eye)
sketched from a design on a tray
my new moleskine notebook - this came in useful in a waiting room this week
(as you see I used the Pilot Drawing Pen)
and then in a car park
(both these were coloured in when I got home)
I think my favourite sketchbook was the moleskine watercolour notebook
it's small but the paper is very nice to sketch on and it took the watercolour well...
that's it for this week
I'm Linking today to
