One was on a muddy river bank, well only as the tidal river was low
Looking across the river from Saltram Beach toward Plymouth |
but walking in the other direction it seemed much cleaner, lots of seaweed though.
Misty in the distance - that's Dartmoor way off there. |
It was a nice walk down to this river via Saltram House, which we glimpsed ...
The second river walk was on Dartmoor
at
sadly in parts the riverbank had collapsed

Lovely scenic walks for you but don't get too near to that river bank! Lovely sketch of the bridge and view.
I know, I might have got a close-up though, lol ;)
The Dartmoor walk looks less barren. Nice sketch!
You're right Christine, it was very bleak at Saltram beach.
I also love the sketch -- But don't love that view over the edge, is that a look of doubt from William?
Yes, lovely walks and lovely sketch. ♥♥♥
I always enjoy looking at the photos of your adventures, Ann! Beautiful places!
Yes, William seemed to know that bank had collapsed!
:-)
Thanks Judy
