It was beautiful Christine...unbelievable! well, we do get sunny days and blue skies but after so long of cloud and cold and Winter, well, it was just glorious to have that blue...just had to share it with everyone :)
I really hope too this wasn't all the summer you get :-) It was much better there than here in Milan ! Rain, rain and rain !!!

We seem to have gone from winter straight to summer, no spring at all! Granted it's a subtle change around here but still.......where are the days I can open the windows without heat or air conditioning? Hope you get more beautiful days to enjoy!

Most people love a blue sky day. They make me feel panicky in case it never rains again.
I am much more at home with a cloudy sky with a few blue streaks.

We're in Devon, almost on the water...well, to be honest it's 5 minutes down the road and 10 minutes to walk back up because there's a hill :)
I know what you mean, clouds can be good especially in paintings :)
