Not living near a body of water have never seen s jellyfish up close. You certainly got some wonderful photos. Didn't know there were so many different types. Thank you for sharing.
They look gorgeous, like precious stones!
I'm surprised at how many different kinds there are too!
Yes, they do look like that, especially when the sun shines on them.
they sting don't they
I know some do give a nasty sting Christine, but not sure about the selection here. The surfers, wear wet-suits anyway, but I don't think anyone has had a problem.
nice pics!! I wouldn't want to step on one but they are so pretty.
I think they were safe enough, but like you, I wouldn't want to try and find out, lol :-)
good to know, especially for walking around.
You do get a lot, much more than we get here. We only see an occasional jellyfish!
For some reason they seem to have decided to holiday here, lol :-)
Love all the different colors. Like jellyfish flying their freak flag :-D
Wow so many different jellyfish! I haven't seen any so far this year. They only seem to be appear around here when the water is really warm! Sarah x
It was like that CJ :-)
I think we get the gulf stream up here, it sweeps them along to us...okay we don't mind a few but this was a bit ott.
