....in all it was about 6 miles - phew! - I feel exhausted thinking about it.
Funny though, at the time, it didn't seem that far,
even though we were climbing uphill a good part of the time..
Through the woodland at the top of the hill..
(husb. wondered why I had stopped - can you see him?)
Past the sheep...
...and across the field to the village
A walk we will definitely be doing again
(oh, did I forget to mention we stopped at the pub for a drink!!)

It's like a walk through the past.
Looks a lovely walk, you must all be as fit as a fiddle!
I think I'd be having a couple of drinkies :-)
A lovely walk indeed!
It's like being stuck in a time warp CJ, lol :-)
I must admit it was very steep, wouldn't say I'm fit as a fiddle, but certainly getting better than I was, lol :-)
...and the next time we do it, I'll take some other pics to share here :-)
I hate to admit it, but I don't recognise the location.
We took the path at the end of the esplanade, up towards Twitchen Holiday park. Then across the fields to Mortehoe. After a vital and refreshing drink at the Chichester Arms, we made our way back down the hill to Woolly :-)
A Pub makes ALL the difference when hiking! ;)
That looks like just my sort of walk! Wonderful views of countryside and sea and a stop at a pub too! Sarah x
Wow, great views, what a beautiful walk! I enjoy looking at the pics... without the exercise! :)
