National Trust - Bedruthan steps
On our recent trip we took advantage of National Trust parking and great walks. This is Bedruthan steps (I think there are about 120 steps on a good day down to the beach)....but first a walk across the cliff top to them...
Our glimpse of the beach ...
Can you see the seagulls on the side of the cliff ?
There - I used the zoom...
I'm not adventurous enough to have negotiated slippery steps down that far -
I'm a klutz at the best of times,
so I sent husband and a certain lurcher down.
Must admit I was relieved to see them down there safely on the beach...
And husband took photos there...
Looking back at the steps he had just walked down!
But can you see me at the top?
Yep...there I am...
this is the pic husband was about to take...
Definitely on our 'return to list' and hopefully next time
I will actually attempt to walk down to the beach!

What a gorgeous beach! And I love William's pose and smile for the camera.
One of those rare moments when William actually looked at the camera! Lol
Such a gorgeous place. Definitely worth another look!
enjoyed these views today, thanks
...and I'm looking forward to the next visit :-)
With all those rocks and coves you can see where Cornish legends comes from can't you :-)
WOW! Those are some intimidating steps!!!
Wow, another amazing place!!! I would have stayed up there with you too -- You have to come back up the steps, which I think may be a bit more difficult if you're not a Lurcher! :-)
PS Speaking of getting William to pose for you.....

A beautiful beach but there's no way I would have gone down all those steps either. Your husband and William must be fearless!
That's a stunning beach. On my list for sure.
Beautiful! I feel my leg muscles even looking at those steps. ;) I love the little pink flowers!
Yay...at last an invention that works...I love it - Thanks for the link. This could be the answer to William being camera shy so much, lol :-)
Thanks all...I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one thinking those steps looked difficult! lol.
Lovely to see the thrift in flower again. Summer can`t be far away ( can it?).
Here's hoping we get a good Summer :-)
