Painting the view

....looking toward the conservatory at Arlington Court last week.
Luckily I checked the weather forecast and saw it was going to rain on Friday,
so I opted to go over and paint on Thursday instead

I like this painting and I like the way you've shown the progression. I'm back from my UK travels, did a little sketching but really didn't have much time, too busy sightseeing.
Did some sorting of "stuff" yesterday and found a leather bookmark from Arlington Court!!!

Another beautiful painting Ann. Oh yes the forecast for rain on Friday was correct and it's always best to check. The weather forecasts are very accurate these days.

Just lovely, you do have to check the weather for plein air painting!

Hope you enjoyed your time over here and the choir too. How funny I should add AC and you found a bookmark from there too!

Thanks Eileen, it was certainly good to check the weather.

I've been caught out occasionally, but at least I am usually pre-warned :)

Wish I could have captured it's true beauty with those flowers, but I had to stop myself, lol.

Awww THANKS Robin....I thought it was a bit Chocolate Boxy, but aye, that's apparently my style, LOL.
