I would describe myself as a Diverse Creative Artist enjoying every minute

Here's a slightly different style on my easel today

I felt like letting loose and instead of going for a more detailed painting,
I decided to make this one very impressionistic (that was a long word this early in the morning!)

Trying to convey movement is obviously a challenge in any painting, after all it is a static object.

Eileen...that's exactly how I imagined him :)

Robin....Thanks. A bit different from my usual - I've been concentrating recently on being too precise and thought this would be a good exercise in wild abandon! lol ;)

I need to take a lesson from this.... I tend to be too precise and the details keep creeping in and I need to let go a bit more. Actually a lot more.

Shamickite... this is something I reckon we could all gain from. I know of a professional watercolour artist who, every so often, gets a large sheet paper and uses it to 'ruin' - strangely enough, the result is a very good painting...lesson aye ;)
