Ann, what an absolutely fabulous sketchbook! You should get it published! And Hamish made an appearance as well, I love it!

Thanks Judy. I couldn't leave the little chappie out could I...lol :)

I love all the little details you have added. It's such a nice book!

Thanks alarmcat, the extra details were something I felt was needed or the book would have seemed a bit bland. So I just 'went for it' and played :)

As before with part one, adorable. I already felt like I "knew" William but this has expanded my horizon. Just a perfect offering.

Thanks so much Marilyn, nice to know how much you have enjoyed seeing this, it gives me confidence to send it 'out there' and hopefully others will enjoy it too.

Oh how I wish I were somewhere where this would be passing by. I would love to see it in person. What a wonderful imagination you have. It spilled out all over in this. Thanks for sharing it with us. I can so see my own Annie in these poses. :))

I especially like the seagull! Nice touch! ;)

ann @ studiohyde said...

Thanks Cris, I guess it grew really, once I started it seemed to just take me along. The main thing is, it was fun :)

Thanks Mary :)

Thanks Robin - we have a lot of seagulls here, so one of them had to end up in it! lol

Ann---I just LOVE this sketchbook/story. SO much personality! Though, I know it helps when you have a furry subject with so much personality in his own right!

Oh, I love, love, love this Ann! The little bird peeking around here and there is such a wonderful addition. And the first one here reminds me of my son's dog who used to lay on a float in the pool!

ann @ studiohyde said...

Thanks so much. You are right, it is such a help when the subject is to hand like William is, and I think he knows it too.lol.

ann @ studiohyde said...

Thanks annie! Funny how William always finds the comfy place, usually at my expense! lol.

What a fabulous sketchbook Ann. Wonderful. And you have captured the 'lounging' skills of dogs perfectly. What a life eh? Great work.

What fun! The dog is charming as usual and the little gull is cute and curious.

ann @ studiohyde said...

Thank you John. It's certainly a dogs life here :)

ann @ studiohyde said...

Thanks Linda, glad you liked the addition of the gull :)

Ann, your sketches are lovely. I too especially like the little seagull popping in here and there.

Best regards from a fellow SKP participant (who is madly trying to finish her book and get it mailed on time!)
