CJ - I mixed some colours: Ult.Blue/Cad. yellow/Alizarin Crimson/Olive Green, onto my palette, then literally picked them up individually and 'tapped' the brush, splashing the individual colours onto the paper. Whilst this was all 'dots and splodges' of colour I used my mister-spray and sent the colours flowing in different directions, tipping the paper as I went. Then I left it to semi-dry and added some Caran D'Ache neocolors into the still slightly wet mix...it helped define the bank and as they are watersoluble, they melted into the picture. That's it...one splasherly painting of a pond! :-)

Thanks Christine, Robin and Eileen......it's nice to do these sometimes.
Can see you enjoyed this painting :)
Thanks, Ann.
I can see why Brusho is enjoyed having done this - although this isn't Brusho, but there was a freedom to it similar in technique :-)
