South Coast drive

Not sure I have remembered this scene exactly right, but we were travelling in the car at the time.  Along the South Coast towards Bridport - I think this scene is nearer to Chideock.   I like the group of trees on the hill and have always meant to sketch them...this time I have, just not en plein air.

Then again from memory, but the inspiration came from our walk along the river at Arundel

~ Have a great weekend everyone ~

Lovely, I never draw from my poor memory!

Well, there is one useful thing about a landscape Christine, what I don't remember I make up, lol. As long as I get in the essence of the scene, then I'm a happy camper ;)

The group of trees on the hill reminds me of The Bench, I'm sure you know where that is!

Yes, it is like that. Certainly do know where you mean with The Bench, good memories :-)
