Watercolours from our recent Cornish visit

Inspired from a recent video by artist Ray Balkwill
I've now painted a couple of scenes
from a recent visit to Cornwall...

this scene in particular said "paint me"!




First I did a quick sketcherly painting,
more to get the feel of the colours I needed


and then I tackled the reference photo with this...

(might put this on my Etsy shop - what do you think!)
