A week near Tenby

In fact we stayed near the beach
and that worked out perfectly being able to take William for his walks
(which he loved btw)

We stayed in a place called Penally { ⬅️ press for link}
That's Tenby in the distance - a lovely walk either along the beach itself
or drive into the town.  In fact one day I rode my bicycle via non-road countryside to get there.

The walks across the hillside were wonderful

This is Tenby along the seafront

Google street view.... I've added the esplanade ⬇️

Thanks to Google street view, I've added where we stayed...

Yes, a static caravan was our home for a week - and it was perfect, we could be independent.
Although I love staying in hotels, I prefer caravans.
And remarkably Google street view has captured the very caravan we stayed in....
that one above.   True we were near the entrance, but again that suited us, we could walk William out and across the road to the beach.

 ~ About Tenby will be my next blogpost  ~

We watched a series on TV about Tenby called The Harbour, it certainly looks lovely there although we've never actually been. I'll have a mooch about, thanks for the Google links, our kind of holidays too. I'm glad you had a good time with nice walks and bike rides and perfect for William and the beach... he would have been a happy lad :)

I don’t expect it has changed much since, a very traditional seaside town πŸ™‚
