Tenby from seafront ~ to town ~ to harbour

 "Dinbych-y-pysgod"... Tenby in Welsh, but don't ask me how you pronounce it,
let alone cope with the spelling, (that ancient dyslexic scribe was in action).

I'll start this post with a couple of seafront sketches



this made a nice place to sit and sketch, but also people watch

Then a walk into the town where I visited the











The guide on the right was explaining about the room

The guide told us that the twine on the bed could be tightened,
and that's where the phrase

"Night Night Sleep Tight" 

comes from.

It looks a lovely place to visit and I like your sketches. Lovely pastel coloured houses and you had lovely blue sky too :)

Yes, I recognise the coloured houses! Love the merchant's house! That desk and chair by the window would be great for sketching. :) And your sketches are delightful!

Thanks Eileen. Overall, we were very lucky with the weather and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be going back again at some point, we enjoyed it that much ๐Ÿ™‚
