From my plein air painting sessions at Arlington Court

I've now, finally, completed the Oil painting -

Thanks Eileen.....it took a few hours work though. The thing with plein air painting, is the weather gets in the way 🤣 One day my painting got attacked by midges and another day it was soooo windy, I had to set the easel low enough so it wouldn't fall over!!! Oh the hardships of the artist 🤣

Thanks Robin....think you've guessed I'm really enjoying oil painting. This style with thin layers of paint is fun, but I'm also enjoying the textured paintings with a palette knife. 🙂

Thanks Judy....It definitely is a perfect place for painting, inspiration all around, I get spoiled for choice. 🙂
