Latest painting on the easel

A studio painting, the scene taken from a screenshot of the pond at RHSRosemoor Garden @rhsrosemoor

I recorded the painting process which took about 30 minutes, however, I have speeded up the recording, so click ↑ the image

As ever, when this painting is dry, I will review it again and decide if there is anything more to do.

Oil on panel 8x10inch

The garden looks a very nice place to visit and your painting looks good too.

Eileen….,We visited the formal gardens and shop some years ago, but I didn’t know the grounds at Rosemoor extended further. Silly thing is, this isn’t that far from us! Often the way, when you live near a touristy site, you tend not to go there…I think this will be rectified 🤣🙂

The reflection in the lake (pond?) is perfection! You never cease to amaze me!

Awww Thanks Robin. Tbh I wasn’t sure how this one would work out, so treated it as an experiment. Funny how the non-pressure pieces can turn out okay 🙂👍
