Across the hills we went and oh boy was that some hill!
~ we are headed over that hill in the distance ~
~ have climbed higher and getting nearer ~
~ there - and what a view looking back to where we had been ~
~ me and guess who ~
~ and guess what else we saw on the way.
This little chap...
~ who we persuaded to move ~
~ then the other side of the hill and on down to Croyde Bay ~
~ by the time we arrived in Croyde village
at least one of us was tired out!
~at this stage we didn't tell him about walking back home again!~

Wonderful walk, lovely shots!
Magnificent views.
It's been lovely this afternoon. We were close to Braunton and wished we'd had time for a walk on the beach. Glad you made it!
Thanks Christine.
Yes, esp. after the hike, lol ;)
Well, if you are this way again, you might just see a certain lurcher on the beach with us - say hello if you spot us won't you :-)
Whew! I'm tired just looking at the pictures! ;)
I really envie you all these wonderful walks in the fabulous english landscape !
What a lovely walk and wonderful views. You mean you had to walk all that way back again!!!! :-)
Lovely photos - and what a walk! Great to see you both - and I would have been on the floor with William lol
I did feel a bit weary at the end of the day I must admit!! lol
Glad you enjoyed this post Jane :-)
Yes!! it wasn't too bad, except for the path that William doesn't like...there is something that scares him for about 20 yards and he wants to go back! We persuaded him to keep going.
I felt like that too at one point Pat! lol
I am so glad I can enjoy the photos without having to climb that hill! :)
You really take some great walks. I'd be exhausted too. LOL
Lol...:-)
Thanks Joan :-)
You have been taking some wonderful walks. I always dread the hills! Sarah x
