Mostly this is using the Layering technique, 

so I left a layer to dry before moving onto the next layer.

No maintenance required!

Well, that appears to have been easier than I thought.   I was planning on sorting out the Settings on the blog, but took a look and the Sidebar has appeared all by itself.

Can I ask everyone, take a look on your devices and tell me if you see the Righthand Sidebar?

Maintenance

Looks like I'm going to have to do some Blog maintenance.  Although I updated the blog and changed the colour settings, I have realised that the Righthand sidebar doesn't load properly.

Will look at this next week when I have an opportunity after some paintings that need completing.

Chuffed t’ bits

Managed to get this lovely little lamp for a song the other day.

Now I can’t wait to do an Oil painting of it.

C’mon who am I kidding, I’ll end up doing lots of paintings using this as my inspiration,

including using it as subject matter for some Art tutorials with a local group.

I’ve already done a rough sketches to start getting my hand-eye co-ordination working
