What kind of Artist am I?

To be honest, I have never given it a lot of thought.  I’m happy painting whatever happens my way and inspires me.  I paint all sorts from Watercolours, Oils, Seascapes, Landscapes, Interiors.  Guess I get absorbed in a particular ‘theme’ or ‘style’ and enjoy it for what it is.   Then it occurred to me,

I’m a

Diverse Creative Artist

that just about sums me up.

Who says we have to stick with being just a Seascape artist, or a Landscape artist.  If we feel like painting in Oils or the next day in Watercolours, then why not.

I HATE when people try to pigeonhole others...... I think I'll join you and become a 'DCA' too! :D

Robin, it was a subject that cropped up on a blog I saw recently. That left me to ponder on it, and I realised I don’t do what a lot of these so called Professionals shout about. They believe artists should stick to one subject/style. Well, not for this girl 🤣

Laurie, quite right, I totally agree that only food should be labelled. 🙂

Marie...oh my, Thank you 🙂

I agree with Laurie, I admire whatever you choose to do.
"Only food should have labels", I must remember that line!
