Another update on the Agave Americana

 Measured it yesterday and now grown to 25ft

Yup, that's what it does! (I would mention what WE'VE named it but since this is a PG rated blog I'll refrain.....lol. ;)

Marie.....This 'flower' has been on hubby's bucket list for years, he's like a kid at Christmas now. Of course, we know the whole plant will eventually die away and we'll lose it all. The upside is we have some of the 'juniors' from it.

Robin....How did I not guess that! ๐Ÿคฃ Have to admit it has 'transformed' from asparagus to mixed with broccoli....there was a phase there at one time got me slightly concerned though!!!! ๐Ÿ˜‚

Shammickite.......sadly the plant will die off eventually, apparently the 'flower' is it's last surge in the plant world - thankfully over the years it has grown junior plants, some of which we kept, others we gave away.
